Alimaq provides a complete line of equipments to perform services of cutting in piping. There are equipments with electric and air activation that performs services of cutting in piping with several diameters, both in PIPE SHOW and in fields. Performing machining in pipes with free extremity or for services with concentric or eccentric grooves in flanges, we provide beveling machines that are fixed at the inner part of the pipe. We supply a complete line of two-parts beveling machines that are fixed at the external part of the pipe, proper to perform cutting services with or without pipes in piping. The electrical equipments are equipped with an apparatus anti-explosion, securing their use in places with restrict use of electrical equipments. Our pneumatic equipments have filters line and greasers to ensure their good operation.

Inner Assemblage of Beveling Machines

The bevelling, facing and broaching pipe machines ISY, SDC and TCM models, were projected to perform these operations simultaneously, quickly and high quality. Their capacity is for 13 mm to 1500 mm pipes with several models, being portable; the machines are excellent to work in fields.
Their inner mandrels allow a perfect alignment enabling a high quality. Due the alignment in the inner pipe owing a fixture system with three areas that works simultaneously, it stabilizes the equipment, allowing a precise and quick work. Booth speed and variable advance, according to the material removal, the bevelling machines allow a safe and quick operation.
With electric or air activation, the bevelling machines are perfect for bevelling, facing, broaching, removal of solder in mirrors of heat exchanger, cutting pipes in mirror of heat exchanger, boilers pipes, etc. Besides that, it possesses an angle that allows it to perform in curves.
